• All scrunchies are handmade to the best quality possible, this means they may not be up to industial / mainstream standards - but we believe having a handmade item is cute and personal!

• All of our scrunchies are given a quality test before dispatch ensuring the stretch and stitch is up to our standard.

• Scrunchies are an accessory, for the best look, support your hair with an ordinary bobble or band first.

• Over stretching or pulling of scrunchies can cause damage, be delicate.

Unfortunatley due to all scrunchies being made to order and for hygeine reasons we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges.

However, if there is a problem with your order upon arrival please let us know within 24 hours so we can resolve this.
